You also have a right of objection and withdrawal concerning your Personal Information, namely the possibility of requesting that your Personal Information no longer appear in a consultation, distribution, or transmission file, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Chrono undertakes to take the necessary means to ensure that your Personal Information is erased as soon as you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

Please note that we may, within the limits permitted by applicable law, be unable to comply with requests for the deletion of your Personal Information if (i) this information has been anonymized or (ii) this is necessary to:

  • complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty, provide a good or service requested by you or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
